Purchases of services are eligible for a refund until an initial session has been completed and work on deliverables has begun. If we have already held our first meeting, and you decide you do not want to move forward, I am unable to provide a refund. If you are unsure if you want to work with me, I recommend booking a discovery call before purchasing any of my services.

My schedule is very flexible for discovery calls and initial sessions. Discovery calls are free and failure to attend will not accrue any penalty. Initial sessions are scheduled after payment is received - if you need to change your appointment time please let me know within 24 hours. Failure to attend a scheduled session may push you back on my schedule for both the initial meeting + completion of coaching deliverables.
